Titled Lot near Pardo or Talisay Area

Hi,
I'm looking for a residential titled lot at least 100sqm but max of 150sqm, may it be inside or outside subdivision.
But very low DP or pwedi pud No DP, nya mag monthly pay nalang ko ug 20-25T/month for the next 2 or 3 years (PDC cheque).
Dont like to loan thru Bank kay sayang ang interest.

Preferably Pardo or Talisay Area or near SRP.
