Hi, I'm new to this forum and I just happened to come across this site because I googled coconut farm. Hello to everyone here.
I just have a hectare of coconut trees which has been idle for 10 years I think. I know that my bantay there is the one making money out of copra or the coconut. I just learned from a young lady from Iloilo that there is a partnership that can be made between farmers and owners and there is a template for this already. She was going to meet with the farmers, count and number the trees and classify into several categories and sell them as lumber depending on the quality. And then buy coconut seedlings, imported or local.
I may have 100 or more trees but they must be old. I only have a caretaker there. I haven't really been going to my place but now I feel I can be able to do a partnership and also grow some herbs and arugula on some areas...
Your advice seem very interesting but I can't understand the dialect you're using.
I would welcome some suggestion and advice.

we have 6 hybrid coconut arround sa balay namu sa talisay, they come from our small luhihan sa inabangga bohol. we have few hectares there, kaapan lain tao ang cge harvest hahah. igo ra gyud tawn mi makabawi sa among gasto bakasyun didto ting summer. mangopras nya makalimpyu ug 20k. ambot lang sa akong amahan, tawn wala man sa iyang mga anak gusto mupuyo sa bohol. kinsa nalang intawn mgdumala adto.

nindut ang hybrid. dili kinahanlan katkaton para mangharvest, yup eventually mutaas man sad siya same as regular coconut tree, na maximize lang nimo ang time sa output.
