    Default Re: RADAZA (Lapu-lapu City Mayor) angay paba padaugon karun election 2007?

    What i don't like about my place Lapu-Lapu City is that either way you vote for the mayor you always would get the same filthy-corrupt-monstrous-money-hungry person...I would've registered for the last elections if not that i heard from my friends in the city hall that it would be Radaza-Patalinghug rivalry......."Napud?!,wla man sad tay mapili ani oi",I told myself....Sure, I would want to participate in the elections and practice my right to vote for the candidate, right candidate that is....But also I wouldn't want to get involve in the vote-buying mania in LLC....Also, I know Radaza would win anyways....It was a sure win though....Why I know this?....A very close relative of mine was one of Radaza's right hand and he would share how Radaza would give away money for bribes that easily as if Radaza's pockets were money factories....

    .............POOR OPONGANONS REALLY.......POOR US.......POOR LAPU-LAPU........

    Why is that a problem?

    There are only 148,870 registered voters in the city, the petitioners pointed out.

    All members of the Board of Election Inspectors in every precinct are also given a considerable amount of money
    What is being pointed out by this statement is that all the members of the BEI in every precinct in Lapulapu were allocated with a budget they so called "extra allowance". But the final list of who actually receives is determined after a thorough background check of each member. Those members who are clearly affiliated with the opposing party and those members whom they perceived as morally upright and incorruptable are cancelled from the list. The fact that a BEI member did not received monetary consideration from the Radaza party can only mean TWO things: either they are clearly affiliated with the opposing party or they are perceived as morally upright and incorruptable.

    Use of fabricated fake ballots to be inserted into the ballot box (of course with the connivance of the teachers).
    This only refers to the teachers/BEI members who are guilty of the electoral fraud committed.

    My apologies to our teachers who are decent, honest, law-abiding, god-fearing who are dragged into the controversy by their fellow teachers who are corrupt and money-thirsty who performed this indecent, immoral, fraudalent acts. They don't deserve to be called teachers

    From reliable and credible sources inside the Bureau of Immigration, "hold departure order" papers are already being processed for Radaza, Ouano and 17 other officials in connection with the ASEAN lampposts controversy. There were just delayed because of the May 14 elections. Many people interpret this as a strong indication that the filing of criminal case of plunder against these 19 officials is very soon to happen. . .

    mahirap isipin na nanalo si radaza, di ko alam kung tao talaga ang pumili sa kanya or pera nya ang kumausap sa mga tao para sya manalo....

    Money is given away like a piece of worthless paper the day before the elections and on the election day itself. The Lapulapu election officer by the name of Atty. Lamban was bribed by the Radaza camp the amount of not less than 2 million pesos. This explains why all of his rulings during canvassing were OBVIOUSLY in favor of the Radaza camp.

    Why spend that so much money and were did it all came from? Without knowing it, Radaza is unveiling the truth behind the lamppost controversy. This goes to show that the statement that he said that he never received even a single centavo from the lampost controversy is a big LIE. He used the ill-gotten money from the scandal to buy votes and people to ensure his victory.

    Actually the May 14 elections for Radaza is a DO ro DIE situation for him. Actually his preparation is far more beyond the election itself but for the inevitable criminal case of plunder that he is anticipating and would soon be charged with in the lamppost overpricing. Radaza is campaigning like he never done before as if his party is in a state of panic. These are the possible scenario they are anticipating:

    A.If Radaza losses the election (and so is his vice mayor) and he will be charged with plunder and go to jail, he will be completely lose city hall and this will jeopardize the bid of his wife for mayorship in the year 2010;

    B.) If he wins the election (and so is his vice mayor) and will be charged with plunder and go to prison,his vice mayor will assume as mayor and he still has control over city hall, only from inside the prison.

    Some veteran political observers from Mactan have noted that Radaza's campaign for his vice mayor in the recently concluded election is very extensive than he had done so in his past running mates.

    Whatever the outcome of pre-proclamation protest of Norma Patalinjug would not affect the congressional result because Nerissa has been officially proclaimed by COMELEC. The affected positions would only be the mayor, vice-mayor and the city councilors . . .
