Anyway, It was a great help from those who replied.
Already tried many times going to Negros using different routes Toledo-SnCarlos, Tabuelan-Escalante, Bato-Tampi.
If going to Bacolod, for me the best route is via Toledo-San Carlos then Don Salvador Benedicto. Nothing beats the scenery.
If going to Dumaguete, Bato-Tampi. More cheaper. However a road trip from Bacolod to Dumaguete via Kabankalan and Mabinay is also very nice in terms in scenery.
