anha jud ninyo makita kung kinsay best....


lisod man gud mo compare kay lain2x ug position...

maskin gani ug similar position but different company lahi jud...

i.consider sad dapat ang pressure sa position...

like maka.ana ka na nice ang kani na company kay lagi dako ug sweldo.. pero kung kahibaw palang mo sa kakapoy... ang insulto madawat nimo from supervisors, managers/dept. heads dili lalim...

for my opinion, when we say best in terms of two points lng, compensation and security of tenure...
incentives og benefits should be converted to cash (etc. health insurance, yearly)...

for me call center is short term lng, in my opinion
