Since muscule weighs more (inch per inch) than fat it naturally burns more calories. so as long as you use a calorie calculator to figure your calories for weight loss you should still be able o loose weight/fat lifting weights. adding cardio would help a lot though, just like the fact that you can loose weight eating low cal and no workout at all but its faster and better for you if you do cardio.

Supplements won't help you achieve your goals if you don't have a solid nutrition plan. Before you start buying supplements, i would research on proper nutrition first. Supplements will only "supplement" your nutrition. Whey protein, casein protein, or serious mass.... These aren't magic powders that give you results. Whey protein = 25g protein.. You can get the same amount of protein with 1 chicken breast.. Which is even cheaper! Serious mass? Loaded with 250g carbs and 50g protein... Thats roughly 4 cups of rice and 2 chicken breasts.
Again, if you don't have a solid nutrition plan.. I would advice you to stay away from supplements. Just my two cents![]()
