^ nice comment bro... kaning GTX 650, na over looked lang gyud ni... hasta pud HD 7750... both can play the current heavy games today at a very playable setting as what I have posted on another thread on BF3 in Ultra Preset... pero, wait and see ta's BF4 if ok ra ba ni sya... kumbate ra man sya sa Crysis 3 on "Low-Medium " Qualty Preset (mixed) on MP @ 16 players (Crysis 3 maximum MP)... ang game lang ang ipa detect sa default values... very playable frame rate gihapon... nice man pud ang graphics sa C3 bisan low setting... again, wait & see ta's BF4...

power consumption wise, no questions ning mga entry level gaming GPU from both Nvidia & AMD... winner ni sila sa ani na realm...

    On Topic,
since HD 7870 man ug GTX 660 (i assumed non-Ti variant ni) ang choices ni TS, give and take ni sila sa games. if video editing, CUDA is the choice of the current softwares. if mo gamit ug AMD Stream ang software, the better kay mas power ni'g computing performance ang AMD Stream... daghan mang gud... but now, Nvidia pa man... dont' know on the upcoming CS7... unsa kaha ang performane difference aning 2 technologies,,, asa kaha ang mas dako ug hatag sa Adobe para supportahan nla... hehehehe... but power consumption, GTX 660 ang naa'y edge but gamay lang...

    edit: 7870 > 660
    Cheaper pa jud. Hahaha
    RIGHT to the DOT!

    though GTx660 has OpenCL too

mas maayo ang implementation sa AMD ani, sila man ang owner sa CODE

    and

Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 DA OC 2GB Edition compare AMD Radeon HD 7870 DirectCU II 2GB Edition GPU

    and

AMD is getting better, THANKS to ATI!

    beware intel and Nvidia...

Contrary to majority of reviews in the net where the performance is measured on a general concensus that would include lower resolutions ( which is irrelevant with these level of cards) and 00x AA/ 4xAA, this is how the 7870 compares in very high AA 1080P:

    POWER CONSUMPTION
