Remaining stuff will be bought by the student or will share the price, depending on what it is [Groceries, appliances, maybe some furniture, etc etc] [all upon agreement].

• Bachelor/male / preferably 1 person but 2 is an exception if they are siblings or friends.
• Knows English & outgoing [The student only knows English]
• Pets allowed[Small dog/cat - toilet trained]
