Over a 100 posts, still a newbie & still cant post in Real Estate section and cant upload an avatar.

Hi, so my problem is the above, I've reached over a 100, and I cant upload an avatar until now, nor can I post in the Real Estate section, because this is what I'm getting - "Hello Jiovanna Denisova,

You have reached the maximum number of allowed threads under Buy/Sell for your rank. Should you wish to post more, simply increase your ranking or avail of our Paid Membership options. More information about our Paid Membership options can be found at this announcement."

Can someone tell me whats happening? I tried to be active as possible, and I still cant do anything, kind of unfair.
Any help from an "Admin" will be appreciated.

Yeah, As what I experience from being a newbie to Junior Level.. Maybe around 110 below. Just keep posting.
