unsay monitor ani bro crt or lcd? I think the problem is in your monitor it could be a hardware inside your monitor...or try to lower your screen resolution...

100% sure VC jud ni na problem. Need to replace na if your up to gaming but, if dili, Why buy new VC when you can plug it on board.
Pwede pani ma salvage imo VC if E try nimo customize.
Try to buy silicon/solder paste kay barato ra mana. Nya if naa ka extra cpu blower fan, try ug ilis ang fan sa imo VC. I think your VC will still work by eliminating overheat issue..
