I've already given out my congratulations to Mike R despite being a Tommy O fan but most do not understand what would Cebu City and the entire Cebu be if dli si Tomas na Mayor for the past so terms.

It's all a domino effect. No one creates opportunities > no investors > no jobs > no pay > poverty.
Pasalamat ta kay Tomas despite being arrogant because he has done way more more more good than bad.

Even if Tomas has been Mike's mentor for over 3 terms, Mike hasn't fully grasped what it takes to be a good city mayor and this also includes the need for political leverage and maneuverings. In other words, luoy ra ang Cebu City for the next 3 years kay the improvements would be slow since the con's of Mike far outweighs his pro's. A big example of this would be the new but still BOPK dominated city council with the 2 congressmen.

Again, politics is politics, so learn to accept politicians and the nature of their job.
If wala palang magpa dolilng doling si Mike, Cebu City politics between Mike and Tom would have been a sunny day all year long.

But still... I am hoping for the best though expecting the worst from the Rama leadership.
