Who the fak invented this hellspawned pork barrel fund for senators and congressmen anyway? It's sad that the number one concern of congressmen now is to get the pork barrel instead of passing good laws. Some of them never even show up in Congress except to ask for their pork barrel!

This is just an accusation. Wala pa man intawon na prove gibuhat jud ni ni Manny. Why would manny do that? He might not have the best educational background but perhaps Manny knows the consequences if he will do such acts. This could also be desperation moves by AIM party to shift the votes from PCM to AIM.
For many years, AIM party is in control of gensan. But lately, PCM gained popularity perhaps because people in general santos see progress in saranggani with manny as congressman.

You guys all question manny's capabilities as a congressman. Guys have you ever been to saranggani? are you aware of the progress saranggani is having right now? Even before manny was elected congressman, He was already helping people. He believes that he can help more if ma elect xa sa congress. maybe mao sad na ang reason why sarrangani elected jinkee as vice governor.

I grew up in gensan, and this is what I heard from my friends there.
