is promatrix 7 an ok substitute for ON casein protein? unsa lain products nnu suitable for casein substitute? plan ko mpalit ug BCAA's, creatine, multivitamins, ug lipo6 black gud.. then murag mahalan rko sa casein if i sum it all up..hehe your suggestions would be appreciated!

nope boss. promatrix is a mix protein, naay whey, naay casein but not pure casein. if your looking for protein powder before sleep, i would suggest go with pure casein. it will be worth the price kay pure casein jud, so tanan nimu e take right before sleep, poro slow release protein. unlike kung mix, naay fast and slow.

bcig ig end of month mpalit ko..hehe by the way, i looked up on supplementreviews.com ug nkita nko ang top 2 fat burners nila ky alpha t2 ug oxyelite.. i found in your list ang oxyelite tho wa nko mkita ang alpha t2.. na moy available ani kha?
