humana na ba ang counting for local? sa GMA result kay wala paman...
anyway, as a cebuano mas maka ingon ko nga lisud ang governance sa cebu city for the next 3 years. if it is Rama, it should be UNA in the council and congress. mosugot ta or sa dili, gubot jud ni ang dagan kay mag sige jud ni sila ug lalis aneh. in short, dili jud maka go straight ang development sa cebu aneh. i just hope maayo ang dagan sa siyudad until 2016... goodluck natong tanan!!
