Magpatabang unta ko ninyo kung unsaon pag himo ug website. Kanang pinaka easiest way jud. I intend to signup from one of the many webhosts but unfortunately, I'm still a newbie in terms ini.

probably the best way is to do some study first about the basics. it would be a lot easier and faster if you know at least the basics.

yep, Dreamweaver and establish the site in YOUR OWN pc! (aron ma lingaw sad ka ba). Try Windoze XP's IIS.

naa pd lain option kng dili available ang dreamweaver.... powerpoint pwd man ka ka create pd website using that or even ms word but to be flexible mas better jd if you read and learn the basics as what makoyvelasco had said.
