MLD Homes Review from Resident/Buyer - NOT SELLER

Hi

I am not looking for or selling anything so I think this thread should belong here, but if this needs to be in the Real Estate section, please transfer.

Anyway

Who among you is a resident or has bought/reserved property from MLD Homes?

They have completed many projects already "Dream Homes Guadalajara/Mandaue Etc"

But when I went to their office they said that they don't have any model house to show us.

So to everyone who bought, did you just trust the floor plan on the bond paper even though there was no site tour?
Because if we ask a realtor, of course they will tell us it's the best.

Their new pre-selling locations are also undeveloped/cannot be seen yet.

So if anyone here is already a HOME OWNER or personally know someone who is, please share your experience about the Buying Process, Materials, Community, Everything about MLD Homes.
