Comedian and novelty singer Yoyo Villame died of a heart attack at 3 p.m. Friday. He was 69 years old.

The singer's daughter, Hannah, said her father was suffering from high fever since Thursday night.

Villame’s remains were brought to a morgue in Las Piñas.

A native of Bohol, Villame popularized various novelty songs like “Mag Exercise Tayo � and “Buchike." He also starred in a 1974 Vilma Santos thriller, "Biktima"
