Was anyone able to read the campaign material being pasted on all the tricycles in Lapu-Lapu? I think it says something like "Hoy! Katsila!" but I wasn't able to read the whole message. I think it's meant to mock the opposition mayor candidate. Can someone post the whole slogan here? Do the people of Lapu-Lapu accept this kind of racist smear campaigning?
