so yes, i don't know much about quran...
but i have some muslim friends, i know a few in this forum and by the way they carry themselves...
i could say Islamic faith works pretty well for them...and that's good. most are even religious tolerant
even more tolerant than us Christians who have been commanded by Jesus to Love others as we love ourselves..haha
well of course there are those who do terrible things, but i believe regardless of what religion we're in
whether our acts are driven by religious views or not, people are just capable of doing terrible things by simply having terrible point of views..
'cause if Islamic Faith explicitly commands violence against non-believers of Islam...
then there wouldn't be a single muslim who is nice, peace loving to non-believers of Islam..
when i was a kid, i would often spend my vacation in Brunei(Muslim country) people there are very respectful towards other religious views...
some would even celebrate Christian holidays with their Christian friends(of course they still wouldn't eat pork)...they have huge Catholic churches there too...

anyways

now is that an assurance that you have understood everything on it?

we even find Pastors, Priest converting to another religion..i'm pretty sure they have read the Bible
from cover to cover..

point really is, on a higher perspective, we are all God's creation..focusing on our differences can cause division

That is because they are still human being and it is nature to man to know what is right and what is wrong untaught. Boot nako ipasabot. Kabalo silang naay sayop pero wala lang nila ginbuhat. Daghan naman ganey run mga muslim nga wa na gapractice run ug polygamy because they know its wrong.

The bible says "do not be equally yoke with the unbelievers". See unity is not the solution so God would fulfill His purpose.

Honestly by point of faith and logic. You can't fully say that you've read and fully grasp its definition of whatsoever religious books there is available. Our yearning for salvation often caused misconception leading to war and terrorism. Better yet, understand what ought to be done towards your fellowmen that shall merit the many - and stop those nonsense fight whether Jesus died or was taken by the Supreme God alive. Coz whether you'd be able to find proofs to prove the latter, it won't make any sense at all. For knowing the facts won't give you salvation -Love and kindness does.
