i bought a lenovo s890 at CELLPOD last april 26,2013 and during unit testing, i found out a yellow tint on the lower part of the screen, it is almost undetectable when you are viewing in colored but if you are viewing in white background it seems to have the yellow tint, sales person said that it is only normal.. and even showed me another customer buying the same unit with the same yellow tint. and they assured me that if any problems arise they have their 7 days replacement and 1 year service warranty. so i bought it... unfortunately after 4 days of use i noticed the yellow tint starting to get worst and i also noticed a dead pixel on it .. so i immediately returned it to CELLPOD for a replacement or a refund and then they told me to go to air touch and have the unit examined since they are the official service center and then air touch technician also confirmed it was of factory defect. and after that i went to cellpod again to ask for a replacement but unfortunately they said that they do not have stocks yet for the same model, they gave me options to upgrade to other units given that i would add cash.. but i insisted because that model was what i paid for and that if they dont replace it, might as well give me a full refund but unfortunately they do not allow refunds.. which i think is a violation under dti on the no return no exchange rule.. up until now i am still waiting for the replacement unit... but i already surrendered the defective phone to them.. i will wait until monday if they would give me a good and NOT DEFECTIVE unit for replacement.. i happened to witness also many customers having the same problems with me and it was very alarming on my side ... ang malas lang jud nako.. nag bayad biya ko sakto then wala koy naka gamit sa akong gibayran for almost two weeks now... ang tag iya di makig istorya . nya wala pud manager ila tindahan... basta by monday if wala gihapon i will raise my concerns to the SM Management and DTI.

bought my lenovo s890 april 26, 2013.. and so far sa pag rekralmo nako didto daghan kaayu reklamo about sa units nila even branded ones like apple and samsung.. daghan defects although sila maoy pinakabarato sa tanan cellshop didto
