I am interested to apply , but I do have a question.

Do you have shifts that starts late in the evening or at dawn? If so , I guess it would be inconvenient for people living in cebu city because of transportation being very limited at that time.

You tell ur friend gurl that she/he better walk in nlng ddto mactan newtown. I was there yesterday and it's just a one day process, the people there are nice and i can assure her/him that she/he will like the pay.

aside from CSR / TSR , are there any different job positions offered which is related to IT? such as web developer or any IT related field except for for being an agent.
I just graduated this march of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and i'm looking for a job.

We are sorry we were not able to contact him/her back then last april, since the emails were redirected to Manila instead of having it sent to Cebu.
