Patalinghug is much much better. Kay daghang nasab kaayong residente sa lapu Lapu lagot kay Rdaza.

What can I say? Uso pa man gud gihapon ang vote buying.Originally Posted by lloydjon

If the cheating goes on in the ongoing canvassing at Lapu-Lapu City Hall, Radaza wud surely win. And if wins, the administrative aspect of the ASEAN lamp post case/controversy which is the preventive suspension would be lifted and Radaza would assume office on July 1, 2007. But with the fast-paced progress of the investigation of the lamp post controversy case, sooner or later the appropriate case of plunder would soon be filed at the Sandiganbayan against him and 18 others. Upon filing of the case, a warrant of arrest wud also be issued without bail just like what happened to Erap.
If Radaza can easily get away with other controversies in the past like overpricing in gov't. purchases (30% commission), extortion from businessman, bribing the judiciary in Lapulapu, etc. , in this lamppost case he surely CANNOT. Therefore if he wins in the election, his victory would be shortlived.
Poor Radaza . . .
i think he already saw this coming thats why iyang g pa daug ang iyang tanan party member so that he can still manipulate the running of the city. in his campaign, he even is not campaigning for himself but for his vice mayor. thats becoz if naa cya sa prisohan, he still can do his thing. poor lapu-lapu city.![]()
This photo i saw in one of Cebu forums really caught my attention

As Efrain T. Pelaez Jr., President of the newly formed Mactan Island Chamber of Commerce and Industry said referring to the deco lamps installed in Lapulapu City on the May 12, 2007 issue of Sunstar:
"The hundreds of deco lamps and streetlights costing over P175 million could have housed over 3000 squatter families using the Gawad Kalinag model, with P50,000 per house."
As the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words". The picture tells the whole story of the ASEAN lamp post controversy. That in the end of all these issues, all the 19 public officials would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and would finally get what they deserve, PRISON as symbolized by the Mantuyong fire in the background. This is inevitable once the PLUNDER charges would be filed in the Sandiganbayan very soon like what happened to President Erap. This do prove that hell do exist on earth for those who commit sins, and it is in PRISON.
For those who commit sins, they end up in hell, in earth they end up in PRISON . . .
Poor officials, blinded by the glitter of money !!!![]()

I heard or read that a certain Radaza aide got caught red handed through a hidden camera, allegedly "asking" for a share (in one word EXTORTION) of the proposed structure in Lapulapu to be built by the King businessmen.
