Congratulations to Mayor-elect Jonas and the Cortes family! Now we can rest easy knowing di na ta pangwartahan sa mga Ouano when applying for a business permit. I ought to know cause I had personally experienced it. The Ouano administration sat on our application for a long time and we were lucky na suspenso si T.O. We got it with no problem whatsoever after that.
