I do say it whenever I have the chance because I won't have any idea when would be the last time I could let them hear how much I love them.
Although they know how much I love them, they still need to hear it from me. It's a good feeling to hear it, even if you know it. It's kind of like an assurance. Something like that.
They may not do the same thing because they're too old to show emotions (MOM and DAD told me so).
