I will GO for Michael Rama.

My cousin, in his line of work, has observed him 'quite' thoroughly. There are some improvements/workarounds that Michael Rama did and affected/benefited my family much(eg. Senior Citizen aid, Street restoration, employment, partnership with private sector for projects, the big improvement of the Public Hospital Cebu City Medical Center, and more).

Of course naa gyud nang pana-ot og uban pa, dili mawala na sa politiko.

wala pa mo kabantay sa pattern ni Tom? He's fine with you as long as magpa under ka niya... (like Mike Rama when he was still Vice and with Alvin Garcia before). Pero the moment nga ma mayor na gani ka or malabwan na nimo siya... awayon / dumton ug blocking blockingan dayon ka sa council.

What they (BOPK) councilors have been doing blocking impt legislation and projects ni Rama has been a purely political exercise at the expense of the Cebuanos... people who close roads and deny basic services like healthcare to people because of personal issues against other politicians do not deserve to hold power. These people are so wrapped up in revenge/retribution and hold their party's interests over the interests of the people. They also do not like to work with people who are not their partymates kay sila lagi gyud dapat mag hawd.... There is unity and work gets done as long as ilaha tanan. Pero if they dont get their way gani, wala gyuy unity and kita ang luoy.
