Btw, I would like to welcome bai Minuano27 for sharing his point of view about this topic. Bai Minuano I was also there at EDSA 1 together with my Dad and uncles. I was just a young boy at that time,I was there giving flowers to the soldiers and shouting for people power. I grew up in Kamias Road, QC that's why we're near where the action was at that time at GMA7. Anyways, I just want to inform you that I was glad to know that their's my fellow Cebuano fighting for our democracy at the time of EDSA 1.

NOTE: If the site you are referring to contains pictures of individuals that have pending cases or are wanted in court and are IN HIDING, i am afraid i cannot ask them to remove the site because it is only proper to do. the best thing i can do however is to ask them to remove derogatory or degrading remarks though if there are any.

Bai , wanted or not ,hiding or not , it is still considered a harassment and invasion of privacy . It is not considered a vigilant action but jumping to conclusions . I can make a website right this very moment if I want to containing pictures , real names and aliases , contact numbers , physical mailing and residential addresses , location of work of that individual who has in any form of damage done to our fraternity . It was NEVER a PROPER thing to do by law . Yes maybe if you support the authorities but not the public . Showing their identities alone in public is degrading and not right if you really consider it a procedure of another senseless war . Yes I will PM you the URL and if it is up to your good judgement what to do, all I ask is 1 week to remove it .

LytSlpr I'm glad to hear from you again. As one of the MDG in your Fraternity I know Bai nga you have the authority to tell your brod, whoever made that website to discontinue it. This kind of act doesn't do any good, it will only intensify the conflict between the two groups.

i understand your point exactly but my perception is this, if one is a suspect & has a pending investigation with the police or has a pending case in court and is in hiding, a fugitive. then he already waived his right to privacy. even ex-employees without any crime who went AWOL are not exempted from this. it would also be unfair & unethical to say the least to publish or expose the identity of the CTAO/MCC if they don't have any pending investigation or case don't you think? however, i will try my best to have the website removed or modified, whichever the case maybe.

all i can say is, before unta mo recruit ang usa ka fraternity they shud screen their future members. Dili lang kay bisan kanusa and bisan asa kuha og members. Look at it ryt now, dili na macontrol ang inyong mga members. How come dili man lagi ta kadungog og mga things like this with other fraternities? its because their screening process and thier objectives are clear and much legitimate. They dont exist just for the sake of having a fraternity. Quality unta to not quantity. Like b4 when i was still in college, i heard a frat involving aning frat wars karon offered a promo, one day survival kuno? Unsa ni sabon na naay promo? So u can tell na wala gyud klaro btaw ila objectives.

These frats are founded by quiters from diffrent frats, since they dint pass they will create thier own? Mura btaw sarisari stor na butangan dayon og kompitinsya. Unya sunodsunod raba dayon og style sa recruitment and services sa mga maayo na frat. Dha pay mga instances na magunay og gubot kay dili man magilhanay. Walay unity and proper contol, i bet wala silay records sa tanan na members na nisulod para matrace. like when ni survive, what chapter, id number.....etc. Sila rasad gahugawhugaw sa ila pangalan.
