Lol... mediocre jud? I'm pretty sure he makes a major difference on most nights and is very effective defender in the middle than his numbers suggest. In Game 1 vs. New York, he did just that.

Paul George's contract is still on rookie scale that's why the discrepancy from Hibbert's paycheck is larger than him. George is working hard 'cause after that rookie contract, he will earn that hefty pay equal or larger than Hibbert's money. You have to work hard to earn that big pay day, right?
Some players are late bloomers and some are blooming early. That's a comparison I can define both Hibbert & George. Pacers found a gem to replace Granger's role at cheap price. Savor it most 'cause that dude will earn his money in the future.
