Sakto ra ang sin tax law but a little longer unta nag bangkil para sakit sakit sad ba, to both consumer and manufacturer. and see kung asa aning duha ang mangundang...LOL

at least maundang ang uban tao ug smoke..saves your money and health at the same time..and besides, sa akong nabaw-aw, murag DOH man ang nangusog ani and dili BIR..so primarily health concerns jud ilang gi-prioritize..so ang ending, kadtong malboro pula, antos nalng sa mu ug fortune pula..

All for the better good though it has it's pros and cons. My stand is that I still disagree with sin tax not because cigarettes and liquor price will go higher but to where the taxpayers money goes. Giving B***S*** (pardon my french) stories about health and all but all they care is more budget into their own pockets. This new tax will generate billions of pesos but who knows where it's going to end up. Hopefully to the Country.

Another thing is that the government has no control on the resellers who sell more than twice the original price even before the January 1, 2013.

That's just my opinion.
