It's a warning
and it's our own prerogative to know
if Tomas is correct.
@ TS: kung mo-ingon si Tomas nga guapo ka, motu-o dayon ka?
Becoz if coop fails it means d society itself is a failure
It's quite difficult to agree with this phrase.
tomas is our congressman he will not warn us about this coop if its not true. here is the coop website: Welcome to Cebu CFI Community Cooperative
Kuung 25% jud ang interest, naa jud ni ilad. 100% sure... banks are lending 5-7% rate left and right, if this coop is legit then it should be able to secure funds at that rate. If it needs funds at 25%, it's because it knows it can't pay the borrowed money back anyway. People need to use common sense.
Raising two points:
1. Did Tommy really say this? Naa na'y source? I scoured the net, to no avail. Maybe my search engine skills are weak but I really can't find it.
2. As a member of CFI for 10 years now, it is to my opinion that CFI is not a scam. We were not promised outrageous sums of money, rather a better return (or interest) from our savings as compared to possible returns when we save in a bank. I attended the seminar twice, as a minor and as an adult, we were not told we'd be receiving 25% returns.
If indeed Tommy said that, he might be mistaken. As far as I can see, we are not scammed.
These institution lends money even more than 5-7% interest. If I remember correctly, I'm paying 24% interest with my current loan payable for two years. This high interest rate is probably why we also get higher interest rates on our savings.
Ten years and I have not been scammed yet. Everything is given to us, in black and white.
I'm not giving you all absolutes. This is just my experience. If you ask me, this is not a scam.
I could be wrong, but so far, I think my savings is safe there.
in case ma pildi ang mga garcia, unsaon kaha ng bldg sa cfi na within d capitol grounds? nuon private party, basin mo sirado na, hopefully fully paid nana nga bldg
