Kining ITN under ra ni cya sa Dynino and then ila facilities gamit sa LCI. Travel account ni cya pero sales. There's no harm in trying but I think there are better options out there. Anyway it is going to be the same job (call center) so I would prefer to be with a company na established na para claro ang salary, benefits, etc.
If you are in the call center/ BPO industry (And this actually applies to all not just BPOs), you have to aim higher than just be an agent nlng jud. It's definitely not always nice if agent lang ka pirmi and cge nlng ka ug hop ug lain2x companies. But if you are in management level na okay ra jud kaayojust sayin'
Well that is debatable. After management level, what's next? it's a rut. IMHO. Then again, depende ra na sa tao. Whatever floats your boat. My point is it's not a job that everyone can really enjoy doing for the rest of their lives, yet we should be thankful that there are BPO jobs available out there. I consider it a meantime job. I just hope that BPO people will not be complacent and start doing something they really love and make a difference ( I am heading in that direction) Peace![]()
Thanks for the like @usrolla![]()
So I guess we should stick to the topic which is about the company ITN. Bitaw guys, do your research about the company before joining. Based on what I have gathered, this company does not have a permit yet (not sure if this is correct until now, maybe they are still in the process of getting one and employees working do not have contracts yet), no HMO, no night diff. pay and all other government benefits. So I think one should think twice before joining. Then again, mao na info ako na gather so try to do a background check about the company lang pud.
In any company or job, after management level, what is next? You'll never own the company, right? I'm just saying that it's way better if you are in management than in a rank and file or agent position. If you are in management your credentials will be better and since you are no longer taking calls but instead doing admin tasks, handling and superrvising your people and the operations of the company, these experiences can now be used if in any case you'd apply outside the BPO industry and still get a good position at work and have a better career. Unless you are referring to starting your own business, if you are talking about work and career I really don't get what you meant when you said after management, what's next? it's a rut? Anyway, it's your opinion and you're entitled to it same as I am entitled to mine.![]()
OT: I agree murag gubot ni ila company karon, I have a friend working in ITN and just basing it on her FB status updates regarding work, murag stressed jud cya..![]()

^^^ so true, everyone is entitled to their own opinion... bitaw, murag dili pa jud ni sila organized based on what i heard. wala pa jud kuno claro ang ila sweldo usab2x ang payment scheme then dili sila ka-reklamo kay wala man sila gi-pirmehan na contract verbal ra tanan..
