YES, of course, the fact na na promote siya at that age meaning he/she is capable enough, and deserves the position. im not saying na katong tenure or older niya dili capable but the question is, “did they apply for that position?”


And if nag apply man sila, then na wala sila na dawat, then meaning mas maayu pa ang memory or etc sa bata bata..

We should show respect regardless of age. Easy to tell but hard to do because of our pride and conventional thinking that we adults are wiser than the younger ones.
