the church is there only to give guidance or options to the followers if ever they need one.. but the doing is really up to them,. but do define sould-winning..

Soul winning means....to win souls for Christ. It is a call and duty of every born again believer to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with lost sinners.

The lost world need Christians to share them the good news....
