Dili siguro bai.. 10.6854php siguro if 200kwh or below. Wala may laing category didto.. Not sure pero most likely 200kwh and below na..

Add: Murag mahimo ka nga General Service beyond 200kw = 10.7995php/kwh
572kw man ang average consumption. Included na tingali diha ang mga small commercial establishments..

Diri sa manila kay 11++, hapit 12 man amo per kwh. Sa Luzon kay 10+. Wala pa siguro apil diha sa Effective Rates ang other fees/taxes/charges.. Mao ra tong raw generation charge per kw lang gyud..
