    honestly, though a far-fetched and limited, union tingali ra would suffice...
    but since you talked about rights gyud, you don't need a party-list for this...you can approach senators/congressmen who are close to this sector...

    its just common sense. look at the car makers in the US that have "Labor unions" at first the employees are happy because they can demand things.
    after that the business wen't bankrupt, because the company is no longer profitable, and cant take the necessary measures to save itself because of this unions.

    its the same effect with this party list, also why only BPO? why not all sectors?

    I would probably suggest to consult it first with your HR. As most BPOs dis allowed forming of parties of any kind religious or political. Basin ma tak tak ka.
