Actually I am on my 12th hour fast now, just to test this IF for myself. Inom rako green tea ganiha buntag as breakfast. Sakit sa ulo pero madala raman guro ni. Ngita lang ko black cofee taud-taud. Need to do some adjustments pa pud sa schedule kay empleyado baya tawn ta. I am thinking na sa buntag nalang ko workout aron start ako fast at night human buntag dayon una work aron busog na, hehehe. Sos, makamata ba kaha ko'g sayo ani.
Bdw, dili ni siya maka loose og muscle mass?
