I have episodes of insecurities that lead to self-pity.
It kind of make my idle mind works overtime and
causes me to worry so much then I start to feel bad
about myself.

It's a constant struggle for me being that I'm the worst
critic of myself and I bully myself for not doing it right.

I know this isn't healthy. What makes it different now is
I am slowly controlling it.
