Anyone Having Trouble With Caminade for PCCI Registration?

Had my pups registered from them late last year, til now wala pa.

First they said cuz by the time the papers were ready its January, so I had to add payment for annual fee.

Ever since, they kept saying PCCI never sent it yet. Then just last month, they told me PCCI said the annual fee I paid, that they paid to PCCI thru a check, "got lost", and PCCI is tracing it.

Caminade suspects that PCCI mixed up the payment on other people's registration, etc. so they will talk to PCCI about it. But until now, they keep saying no updates yet, kept asking me to call next week, and when next week comes, same thing. This happened to anyone?

with our constant dealings with PCCI, we too have experienced our check getting lost. it took us one day to sort things out, cancel the check and issue another one. after a week, all documents were sent to us. i suggest you contact PCCI directly (02)-7218345. just ask them to transfer you to the documentations department. give them your name and have them trace your litter registration so you will finally get an update.

Thing is, according to Caminade, with all their transactions with PCCI, that check was already cashed it, and may have been used to other people's payments.

by the way, there is also a penalty for late litter registration. if i'm not mistaken i think penalty starts when the pups are 6 months of age when registered.
