Re Windows Vista

Running/Testing Windows Vista Ultimate on my back-up Pc (Athlon 64 3000+, 768mb ram, Radeon 9800XT 256mb). So far so good. Haven't played games on it though.

One comment though, the new interface (aero) didn't impress me. Probably because i have a mac. The 3d window effects really mimics OSX. Just plain rip-offs. lol. I really don't see the rush in going to Vista, as of now. However, I wouldn't say Vista is a failure. Eventually, people will be forced to go with Vista especially gamers. When Vista only and DX10-native games come, they won't have any other option but to go with the flow. ^_^

para nko nindot ang win vista.. im using win vista ultimate.. nys interface.. sayon ra pagsabot if kahibaw ka mugamit ug computer.. 1 gig ra ako ram... pero payts naman.. la problem...
average kaon sa physical mem sa ako kay 50%.. pero ok raman...
dira ra sguro na ang problema ang vista if your a gamer...

pero for me, i do application..so way prob...

vista is a great os... it just needs time.. dha bitaw ghapon ta padulong... hehehe...

had no problems with my Vista Premium so far. no software issue no hardware issue. Supreme Commander runs pretty fast on my rig on DirectX10 maximum setting @ 1440x900. not a hiccup. haven't crashed so far.

I install sonique mp3 player on Vista. This softawere discountinued 6 years ago. works fiine. hehe
