i am not a breeder. i am a dog lover. i bought a pug puppy as a gift for my girlfriend last valentine's day from another istoryan, NOT dark_rott. one thing, i havent met her coz i am not based in ur location. and stop ranting like the world is against you. there are a lot of steps that you can take for this issue to be resolved. if you feel agrravated, contact a lawyer. settle this case legally and not just here. or you can GO to their house and confront her about it. why rave here when you can save time by talking to her personally?

this thread will go nowhere, i suggest you talk to Dark_rott personally. i believe somebody already notified her about this thread yet there is no reply from her side, so i doubt youll get one.

minding posts from parties not at all involved will just result to heartaches ladies and gentlemen. so i rest my case on this one.

omad, stop acting like you know everything.. we are not fighting for the admin as what have you stated something about rules.. please read carefully my statement.. its about the word beorski telling us that something like he ban us...so, I'm telling him he cannot ban us easily coz we didnt say any fowl words..so, stop commenting if you dont understand my statement and story.. but if you still insist go on ..were just documented all your post.

FYI, I've read this thread thoroughly from the first post 'til the very last. I completely understand the predicament you're in and most members reading this thread feel the same way too. WE SYMPATHIZE WITH YOU. I also would want to know the outcome of this issue as well and have the wrongdoer suffer the consequences but the thing is, you're acting like everybody is ganging up on you which is far from the truth. most advices given by posters here make sense except for chadix's, but you don't see it that way. instead, you engage everybody here in a verbal tussle that is unnecessary in the first place.

and also please bear in mind that once you air out your problem in the public forums, instead of settling it privately with dark_rott, everybody can comment on it 'coz that's what forums are for. you can't tell people to shut-up and stop posting on this thread 'coz as soon as you hit that "start new topic" button, your problem would then become "free for all". since that's the case here, be ready to get unsolicited advice from posters from now on.

but I also wish that this thread will be kept, so it will serve as a reminder (again) to all future buyers and sellers to transact at the BSTC section with a lot of caution next time. and honestly, if you only took time to read topics here, you would have read stories of both buyers and sellers at the BSTC section who had similar problems as you guys are having right now.

and you can sue my arse and everybody else's here if you don't like the tone of our voice. by then, I hope you would have realized that there really is another way of going around your problem with dark_rott. I hope by then you would've realized that this problem is between you, owig and dark_rott as it should have been in the first place. but if it gives you satisfaction in suing everybody instead of dark_rott - like what you should have done- then have the subpoena ready so my lawyer can deal with it.

[color=navy]Hmmm... I hope that no one takes offense, I would like to just share my humble opinion. It just seems this has gone way out of sensibility and has grown to too much fuss all over a dog. An expensive alleged "breed" of dog yes granted that... but still it's just a dog po.

I guess people are just people; we value things differently.

I sincerely hope that this matter will be resolved amicably, despite the flare-ups. I humbly believe that this is just a misunderstanding. Let us please keep our cool and tempers in check, everyone.
