    Job
    Monthly income of 40000-50000
    Quarterly. 5000
unsa ni nga business? if okay lang mo ask...

    1. 200000- earns. 3000.-5000 per day. ( bago. pa Lang ko ani. 2 months)
1.5% to 2.5% of capital ang income per day? dakoa ani uy. if 30 days, 90K to 150K. conservative computation ky 60k to 100k per month unya 2 months pa ga start.

    2. 400000.- earns. 15000 - 20000 per month
3.75% to 5% growth per month, not bad giving you approximately 45% to 60% growth annually.
net income na ni siya bro? if yes, approx. 2 years ang ROE and the succeeding years, ROI and true profit na gyud. nice.

if stable ni siya nga business (di pina-AMAN), nindot nani nga source pra invest sa lain investment vehicle. emergency fund (I assume) is there.

OT number 2 for this post:
Can someone share the approximate percentage/portion of the monthly income allocated for investment, savings, expenses and the like...

It would be helpful for everyone to have a guide so that we'll gradually train ourselves. (kay sa karon, all-out mn kayo on certain things which compromises other important ones. nindot if balance. yes, sayang if ny portion sa money natog pero in case of emergency, lisod kaayo mangita kwarta. )

average for emergency fund is 6 months to 1 year of monthly income/salary. Another view is, 6 months to 1 year of your current or average expected money in a month.
    example,
monthly amortization for housing loan = 20,000
    cost-averaging investment fund = 5,000
additional capitalization for business = 10,000
basic bills-- food, shelter, clothing, transpo, etc= 15,000
    life insurance = 2,500
    health insurance = 2000
    regular check-up = 500
    wants, leisure, travel = 2000
...needing to come up with at least a total of 57,000 pesos (or 60K) monthly
... so, 360 to 720K ang kailangan nga emergency fund.

@cebu.oppurtunities interested sad ko ana imo pangutana. Lain sad sources ba basin pde ta kasulod..

pero possible kaayo na cya nga figures.. 10% to 70% in 1-5 months usual growth for Private Stocks sa Agri Sector during the start to end of the harvest season. Kusug ang first cycle sa year which is from March to July. Pero dili lang ka pde kabutang ug dako kaayo kay magdepende sad na sa allocation.. like allocate lang sila 200k for you max to invest.. Been doing this since college.. With private stocks lang, open to relatives and close friends lang gyud usually.. Chinese Family business are doing this sad.. Example kay National Bookstore sauna before they entered Public Stocks this month through back door listing..

If it is Public Stocks sa PSE, then possible kaayo 10% in a day.. Dapat maayo lang ka timing tsupit.. for holding sad Highest I got this year is CPG mga 57% from January - Feb 28..

wala koy info anang FX pero it would be nice to learn on that trade sad like how it works and same2x lang ba stock market..

    @cebu.oppurtunities

Ako lang guro ma advise is to set you max allowable expense in a month regardless of mudako imo income..

Let us say you set aside 20k in a month for all expenses then everything else goes to investment or savings and and other stuffs that can make it grow.. If naa kay sobra sa imoha 20k then pwede nimo ipangrelax suroy or imo iadd sa investments.. You need to track your expenses jud para maka adjust ka kung hapit na nimo maabut imo max allowable expense nga gi set for yourself.. See it as a personal goal..

And if ganahan ka set aside emergency fund for unexpected stuffs, then AT LEAST 6 months worth of expenses imo iset aside not 6 months worth of income.

Another way of setting aside for emergency fund is to invest in variable funds.. I'm sure familliar ka ani kanang Investment with life Insurance.. you just need to get the one which is enough for you.. maski gamay nga premium lang kana mga 20k annually or 12k ba.. Get it for the Protection and not for the investment.. Ang investment lang kay bonus nana cya para dili nimo ma feel ang cost sa insurance in the long run and pde ni cya additional source of funds in case you need it.. No Need to get a big premium for this if you have other investment which could generate higher income like Stocks and Business investments..

In case wala kay lain kabutangan then mao nana time nga kuha ka kad2 dako nga premium.. para wala lay mag standby nga kwarta.. sayang ang oppurtunity cost..
