1) If I want to try the Leangain ((16-hour fast/8-hour feed) for the first time, what do you recommend? Diretso ra 16 hour fast?
2) How many days would this be in a week?
3) During the fasting period, are you allowed to take in some liquids?
Fatay na, fasted training man diay ni no. Lifong ang agi diay ani ron sa gym nya di diay ta kaalsa bug-at ani. Hinuon, read somewhere na 10 g BCAAs (branched chain amino acids) would help during training when in IF.

beh..kinsa man ang ganahan mo tabang nako mo lose weight. I've lost 25lbs few months ago, and now I gained it kay na depress ko. Kuwang jud ko sa motivation, push, ug time. Naa sad koy exercise buddy before, pero siya man una ni quit so na quit ra sad dayon ko.haha
1) Yes, diritsu 16 hour fast
2) EVERYDAY, it's turns to a lifestyle. Not somesort of "Diet" (which sounds temporary by the way)
3) Yes, you can drink anything you like as long as it doesn't contain calories. Coke zero, pepsi max, tea, coffee and etc. If you can take caffeine during the fasting period, you can maximize it's effect.
You don't have to train fasted, it is only recommended that you do. Don't judge. Just because you're training with an empty stomach, doesn't mean you don't have the energy to lift heavy. You'll be surprised that you're actually stronger when you are fasted because of the hormonal changes in your body. I train fasted several times a week, and i'm stronger when i'm fasted.
