I think that should be at least SPF 15. The best sunscreens are those with the chemical 'Mexoryl,' well-known all over the world to protect skin from wrinkle-causing UVA rays. (not just UVB)

A sunscreen with an SPF of 15 provides protection against 93% of UVB rays, while one with an SPF of 30 provides 97% protection. Keep in mind that a sunscreen with an SPF of 2 only provides 50% protection, so be sure to use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15-30.

A good sunscreen is L'oreal's UV Perfect which has SPF of 50 and Mexoryl. :mrgreen:

-------advice sa akong derma spf 15 is much safer than spf 30 .. i dunno why but that issue has been discussed already by doctors
il try to ask them again and i also heard nga if sobra sa spf 15 imo e.use dunay weird efect sa aging process sa face

how much did you get your RA cream? less than 240 i hope? better use a sun block with at least spf30

hello miss derma, ask ko something.. y man several doctors told me not to use sunblock spf 30 ,, it should be atleast spf 15 y man
about the r.a. cream available na cya sa derm haven in raintree mall tag 200 or less not sure basta it can lessen irritation and redness cause by pimple/scars :> --evening use na but sometimes ako pud emorning depende sa akong mood hehehe
but now i use katejones--loved der products!

i don't have good skin..have visible blemishes w/c i'm trying to get rid of, hehe

morning: cleanser, moisturize, sunblock spf25 (i skip sunblock if rainy)
evening: cleanser, rosehip oil as night moisturizer (quite expensive so after this mini-bottle, i'll go back to nivea, hehe..), petroleum jelly for lips..

facial scrub/exfoliate 2x a week
wash-type mask once a week, hehe

wash with soap and water or water facial cleanser that works best for you. mo work gyud ang Olay total effects! used twice daily. ang applly is very thin amount ra gyud. beware lang pud ug allergic reactions

toner with Pond's with the red top
moisturize with Pond's (the red one sd)
petroleum jelly on my lips
nivea cream on my elbow and knees
nivea night cream on my arms and legs
sometimes, moisturizing cream on my hands..

I always use moisturizer in the evening. This helps keep my skin supple
