To be fair sa mga kapulisan, they are slowly improving. kulang lang gyud sa leadership nga tarong para katatrabaho sila ug tarong. Kay duna gani case nga ilado, gikan man sa taas ang order ana mao nga lihok gyud na sila taman sa ma solve ang case.
