ganahan kaau ko mu try anang IF in fact hinay2x gani naku na gamit karon (tungod sa kalisud sa panahon.hahaha) pero dili lang kaau naku makita ang gains ug ang improvement kay maglisud gyud ko abot anang 1lb. of protein per... then maka workout pa gyud ko wikends lang kanang klaro gyud sa gym (strength and hypertrophy training).

Supplements are fine, but almost everyone thinks that supplements = results, no supplements = barely any results. This just makes my BP sky rocket! Suwaye ang IF boss! D jud ka magmahay! A common misconception is that when you are fasting, you are hungry... Which is not true! Mas gutomon pako if i eat every 2-3 hours compared if mag fast ko! Wa jud koi ma feel nga gutom.

Also, you don't need to eat 1g of protein/lb unless you're an athlete who trains almost the whole day. 0.6-0.8g is enough for us average joes. My BF isn't that low actually, i'm pretty stressed from school so i haven't been that religious on my diet. I just started my cut 3 weeks ago and hopefully, i'll have single digit bodyfat by the end of May

im still breaking old habits right now or slowly fighting what my body was used to follow old mainstream fitness habits (eating breakfast and etc...) pero taod2x napud ko nag start like training fasted in the morning mga 1 year napd...pero mao pud lage, sahay maka limot ta sa postworkout, right immediately maka kaon dayon ta....

dman pud akong plan kanang mu look super ripped pero nakita naku sa akong given nga options karon (life, work, time, and financial challenges) mas mu fit na cya sa akong current lifestyle karon. makalingaw lang kaau oie kay ang mga tao kadungan nmu kaon ma shock sa imong kinan.an (with such small bodyframe) if unsa kdako ug kadaghan imong gkaon!

nagread ko gahapon sa leangains ug igu kaau ko sa article nga "the marshmallow test" ahahaha. bitaw maglisud na gyud ko shoot anang1g per lb bodyweight oie. kana gurong .6-.8 murag madala2x nana.

naaa pud ko question bah, advocate man kaau ang lean gains na u not ingesting calories right after working out, i was hoping na, pwde ra ba kaha nga mu inom ka ug zero calorie soda(like coke zero) right after working out just to refresh urself (sa kabugnaw), together with ur postworkout nutrients like mga aminos?

Yep ok ranang coke zero, pepsi max or any diet soda. Wa naman gani uso ang nutrient timing para nako ron. Pre-workout meals, post workout meals.... They don't matter najud. Unless athlete cguro ka who needs to recover right away. What really matters is the total calories you ingest in a day. Mao ng problem sa kasagaran tao karon. They focus too much on pre-workout and post workout nutrition then they fail to reach their calorie needs. Don't stress yourself with Postworkout nutrients, their effects isn't as significant as you think! Hab2x diritsu! >

dili man kaau ko fan ug postworkout nutrition napud karon, infact in my entire training life i only purchased 1tub of2.2lbs nga ON gold standard. ako gyud gihipos ang sudlanan kay remembrance, mahalan naman gud ko... akong gamit aminos lang (which has zero calories in fact) kay ganahan ko mu FAST ug postworkout mao na aminos lang akong gamit. akong gi protocol mansad gud karon kay 2 meals a day ra. makaya ra bya (basta naa lang kape.hehe) usually mg workout ko sa wikends early morning, mahuman around 10-11a.m then my aminos come into play na until lunch which is around 12-1pm.

maau ning naa ka oie, kay ari lang ko mangutana nimu crowded kaau ron si martin berkham.hahaha. 2-3 meals ka karon? what time imogn first meal? what time pud ka magworkout?

IF is one way showing ur strenght of willpower! d gyud lalim if used to ka sa 6-8 meals a day. para naku, dili man sad gyud sayop ang 6-8meals a day kay diba over-all calories and macros matter man ghapon at the end of the day.., dili lang kaau cya convenient para naku oie nya one way for sure, dili nsad gyud naku kaya ang budget, eating and preparing multiple meals a day...
