This is true if its only done like
once; thus I point and stress on the tense of the verb "blessed". It is something like bathing ONCE does not mean one would be clean FOREVER.

constantly bless our places of worship, I believe these restless spirits would just move on--
Based on the book of Exodus and Leviticus, the Jews have regular "cleansing" rituals and times set to perform such rituals, to ensure their places and objects for worship remains sacred, holy and "clean"-- there are no ghosts allowed in the Temple of God, only the Holy Ghost/Spirit.(yes the Jews also believe in the Holy Spirit but they just have other names for it like, "The Angel of The Lord", "The Presence of the Lord", etc etc.)
