Yes, you are right. Apologies for the overextended advice as I was narrating from memory lang what I did and what I hope people who own dogs bred from a pair where either or both previously had PCCI to make the effort to locate its lineage kay sayang that they just let it be. If they really make the effort, they can recover the registration back and for this, they should call PCCI rather than let it be.
But I agree with you that PCCI do have very limited staff and I wouldn't want PCCI to be so busy of course that they couldn't entertain my calls anymore LOL. Kuyaw ug mu backlash na hinuun nako. And I do agree that they shouldn't worry about the penalty, that was actually originally my point and should have stuck with that. If PCCI will charge them, they will definitely get a call back from PCCI. Just send the reg and membership fees and forms straightaway and worry about the penalties later. In fact, PCCI could issue additional charges anyway (price/rate change) and they will have to send it back etc. Well, its also good to know that mypetstation process it free so people should definitely take advantage of this benefit!
