How would you describe your leadership style? Who would you consider as your models in terms of leadership and why?
I would like to pick current world leaders. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao has earned the reputation of being a modest, even-tempered and practical person capable of getting things done through consensus. He has guided Chinas economy, supporting continued economic reform and growth but also pointedly calling for greater emphasis on social equality for those who have been left out of the countrys economic miracle.
In fact, this is one thrust of my platform of government governance with a bias for the less fortunate.
Bill Gates practically changed how the whole world works today. Out-of-the-box ideas and solutions can come from anybody. I always believe in consultation and participative leadership. The best ideas may not necessarily come from top management. However, I will always have the final decision since I will be responsible for my subordinates actions.

why go as far as China and the US in looking for personalities and comparing your leadership style with when you actually have homegrown talents in your backyard? are you too ashamed of your grand pa Pedong and your dad Teddy? that's the irony, most if not all kids would answer their "PARENTS" as their role models but not you Junkie, not you. I wonder why...
"modest, even-tempered and practical person who wants to have a concensus before making decisions" are the leadership qualities you would imbibe from the Chinese Premier, does it mean you didn't find those from your dad and grand pa?
mod·est adjective
1. having or showing a moderate or humble estimate of one's merits, importance, free from vanity, egotism, boastfulness, or great pretensions.
NO, sadly you're not modest to the true sense of the word. ALWAYS boasting, referring to, proclaiming that you've "won" the "manager of the year award" of a fastfood chain in all your "pulong-pulong", online interviews and all media functions, sadly, doesn't fit the description. not even close..
I puke everytime I hear that "manager award" line.
I wonder "who" answered these interview questions for you? hmmmm...
"out-of-the-box ideas and solutions from your subordinates" are the characteristics you would want to imitate from Mr. Gates? why not follow your dad's footsteps and coerce / pressure subordinates into signing documents such as the POWE from the last ASEAN meeting? why not follow your grand pa by adding another digit to the amount of a contract, from P1M to P11M? or are they too "savvy" for you and you think you could do a much better job?
a much better job in corruption.. that is..
this is what most Mandauehanons are afraid of, you, "A WOLF" masquerading yourself as a sheep hiding underneath it's wool just waiting for the right moment - getting elected - so you could shed it off and live your life vicariously with the mentorship of the ALPHA MALE of your pack, Teddy Bear. of course, who else would man that mayoral seat if not your dad, does it feel good to be a puppet?
based on this reply of yours, you would NEVER BE YOUR OWN PERSON. you can't even answer them yourself and have your PR man fill it up instead. what does it say of you? you'd always be living underneath the shadow of your dad. pathetic.
there goes your "cliche" riddled, "always playing safe", "little miss pageant" patterned answers of very simple questions which would have mattered if you would've answered them yourself wholeheartedly and not have your "ever-palpak" PR manager who doesn't treat Mandauehanons like they-also-have-brains-much-less-"common sense" to decipher that all he threw to the media are BS!! answer them instead.
to be continued...
