This is a super hangyo situation gyud. In a case to case basis where the co-owner is hard to find, PCCI will have to make a judgement call whether to transfer the dogs to you or not. You will have to verify the authenticity of your ownership (depending on your testimony of how you acquired the dog). You can update them of a known contact info of your co-owner and request assistance from them to help you contact the owner.

If the owner left for the states but can still be contacted, you will need to have him sign the "supplemental transfer form" and relinquish his role as a co-owner. This document will need to be "mailed" to PCCI. IF he doesn't do this, you cannot process the papers of all puppies sired without his signature. Your best option is to have him completely transfer the dog ownership only to you.

The supplemental transfer fee is 46 pesos ra. I suggest you speak directly with Joselito Rosales - he's a nice person to talk to and he can walk you through the process in more detail. He, along with other board members of PCCI has discretionary "authority" for a case to case dog ownership scenario.

Dali ra kaayo ang pagpamember. You can download the membership form at http://www.pcci.org.ph/downloads/membership-card.pdf and two (2) ID photos. (according to mypetstation - they have original membership card for free). When you mail the printed version with your ID photos, PCCI will mail back to you the original form, which you will mail back again for them to process. So if you can already get the original form, so much the better.

With your membership form, you can also already mail with it the PCCI of your GSD. Make sure you sign Section B at the back. Make sure also that you keep a photocopy just in case you lose the package in transit so you can still give PCCI the name and number of the card.

Enclose a check payable to "Philippine Canine Club, Inc." or you can also choose to give cash (which I don't recommend as you might lose it (cash is hot).

The registration fee is P660, transfer fee is P308 + courier charge (one way) P 115. so if you choose the printed form, you will have give 230 for roundtrip courier charge.

I suggest you give them a call after 3 days to ask if they received your package. They can give you feedback immediately. After that, relax and wait for it to arrive in two weeks.

takes about 10 working days to process. breakdown for the 660 is this:
    - membership admission = P336.00
    - membership fee = P280.00
    - plastic ID = P44.80
