Why is there so much hate in America?

Probably because of their foreign policy. They have over 900 military bases around the world and they interfere with many internal political affairs of different nations. People are not jealous of their American lifestyle or their "freedom", or their prosperity (which is false). People hate them because they bomb different nations in name of something imaginary noble goal. People hate them because they are forcing their political agendas in different nations who doesn't share their beliefs.

Americans are terrorists according to the people who lost their families in the US campaign for "freedom", dropping hundreds of bombs in lands where they are not welcomed, needed, and wanted.
