Are you talking about sa OFFICIAL latest update sa S2 (4.1 Jelly Bean) or kanang leaked nga version (4.2 Jelly Bean)?

Kung kanang official, go to Settings, go to About Device, then Software update, and finally Update (check for update).

Kung kanang leaked latest version imo pasabot you're going to need a computer or laptop bro to update imo S2. Free ra pud. But since you're not into "techie things" maybe you should ask someone you know on how to install the latest OS on your phone. Kay kung wala pa ma "root" imo phone, unya mag mag root2x ka nga ikaw ra (prerequisite sa pag install sa latest version), ma "brick" unya imo phone as a result. I'd advise to have someone who's experienced on this stuff to help you or let him/her do it for you nalang. Kay kuyaw na kung madisgrasya. If you have to do this by yourself for whatever reason, do it at your own risk. I'll post videos on how to root your phone and how to install the 4.2 Jelly Bean.

walay official 4.1.2 JB update yet for s2 here in the Phils.
To experience JB on your s2 , you have to download firmwares released for other countries
and flash it via ODIN.

Official Updates from manufacturers kay nag sugod pa lang ug deliver ug 4.2.1 updates to SOME devices.

Kung gusto kag latest jud kaau as in Android 4.2.2, check some custom ROMs like JellyBam, CyanogenMod.

Samot na Samsung phones, daghan kaaug available custom/modified ROMs.

PM lang nya if ganahan ka pa tudlo.
